I spent 16 years as a professional ballet dancer, including 12 incredible years with the prestigious Wiener Staatsballett. Throughout my career, I developed a deep understanding of movement, body awareness, and the importance of mindful training.

Now, as a Pilates instructor, my goal is to share the benefits of that experience with others — helping people move better, feel stronger, and connect with their bodies in a meaningful way. My classes blend the precision of ballet with the core-focused, mindful approach of Pilates to build strength, flexibility, and balance from the inside out.
