I studied in Switzerland and became a certified personal trainer.
Twelve years ago, I discovered Pilates while training to improve my running performance and I immediately fell in love with it.
Pilates strengthened my core, improved my posture, and helped me feel more confident and comfortable in my body.
My teaching style is contemporary and dynamic.
I base my sessions on the original principles developed by Joseph Pilates, but I incorporate modern movements and exercises inspired by other sports to create a more versatile and engaging experience.
